Invalid Login Credentials
When a user log in with the incorrect login details, the bank in question sends an “Invalid Credentials” status to us. The login credentials should be the same as the credentials they would use in their mobile banking app.
(If necessary, check whether a mobile bank agreement has been established with the bank.)
Users should use the same login credentials they use to log into their mobile bank. The same password and user number they normally use to log in to their online banking.
