In order to be able to better troubleshoot and provide faster help, we'd like as much information as possible regarding the issue you've encountered.
Ideal information for the support ticket is as follows:
client_id (depending on the case).
2. Exact or close to
date of the issue.
3. Description of how the issue was encountered. Possibly steps on how to replicate.
4. A clear description of what you expect us to solve.
5. Service and bank you are using or trying to connect with.
6. Type of bank account.
7. Browser used.
What we do not need you to send:
1. Any kind of sensitive information about end users, such as passwords.
